A menudo se malinterpreta como algo que s\u00f3lo aparece cuando la vida va bien. Los actos de bondad, tanto si nos los ofrecemos a nosotros mismos como a los dem\u00e1s, activan un sentido de prop\u00f3sito y pertenencia. Crece cuando nos damos permiso para notar, crear y proteger los momentos que importan. Respira despacio tres veces y establece una intenci\u00f3n suave. <\/li>\n<li>Mantente conectado. Ac\u00e9rcate a alguien que te importe. <\/li>\n<li>Saborea un momento ordinario. Disfruta de tu caf\u00e9 o t\u00e9 sin multitarea. <\/li>\n<li>Mueve tu cuerpo suavemente. Da un peque\u00f1o paseo o haz estiramientos.   <\/li>\n<li>Crea conexi\u00f3n a prop\u00f3sito. Env\u00eda un mensaje r\u00e1pido de agradecimiento.   <\/li>\n<li>Haz un peque\u00f1o acto de amabilidad. Sujeta una puerta o deja una nota amable.   <\/li>\n<li>Limita una fuente de ruido. Al\u00e9jate de las noticias o de las redes sociales.   <\/li>\n<li>F\u00edjate en una peque\u00f1a victoria. Nombra una cosa que haya ido bien hoy.   <\/li>\n<li>Involucra tus sentidos. Enciende una vela o pon m\u00fasica que te guste.   <\/li>\n<li>R\u00edete a prop\u00f3sito. Disfruta del humor sin culpabilidad.   <\/li>\n<li>Termina el d\u00eda con gratitud.
