El fr\u00edo del invierno ha pasado y el calor del verano a\u00fan no ha llegado. Es esa estaci\u00f3n intermedia perfecta que muchos de nosotros esperamos cada a\u00f1o.  <\/p>\n<p>Siempre he pensado que la primavera es una \u00e9poca de renovaci\u00f3n. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del florecimiento de las flores y el retorno del verdor, hay una notable sensaci\u00f3n de apertura y posibilidad en el aire. Es como una especie de reinicio emocional.  <\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n apoya lo que muchos de nosotros sentimos de forma natural en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o. El aumento de la luz solar puede mejorar el estado de \u00e1nimo, mientras que se ha demostrado que pasar tiempo al aire libre, especialmente en espacios verdes, reduce los niveles de estr\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p>Actividades como el senderismo, el ciclismo o la jardiner\u00eda no s\u00f3lo fomentan el movimiento, sino tambi\u00e9n la relajaci\u00f3n. Incluso algo tan sencillo como respirar aire fresco puede ayudarnos a reducir la velocidad y a ser m\u00e1s conscientes. <\/p>\n<p><img data-opt-id=212269676  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-8860 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mlhtgnfxysf3.i.optimole.com\/w:781\/h:540\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/kimmelpsychology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/max-van-den-oetelaar-.jpg\" alt=\"Autocuidado\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\"><\/p>\n<p>La primavera tambi\u00e9n es sin\u00f3nimo de \u00ablimpieza de primavera\u00bb. Es una oportunidad para limpiar lo viejo y hacer sitio para lo nuevo. Admito que, aunque tengo las mejores intenciones de ordenar todo, no siempre llego tan lejos como me gustar\u00eda, pero es un trabajo en curso.  <\/p>\n<p>Una cosa que he estado haciendo de forma m\u00e1s constante es pasar tiempo en la naturaleza. He descubierto varias reservas naturales locales con preciosos senderos y paseos mar\u00edtimos. Hay algo profundamente tranquilizador en pasear por estos entornos, observar las plantas y la fauna, y alejarse del ritmo de la oficina.  <\/p>\n<p><img data-opt-id=2073751236  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-8474 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mlhtgnfxysf3.i.optimole.com\/w:800\/h:533\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/kimmelpsychology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/christian-wiediger.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p>Por el camino, a menudo conozco a otras personas que comparten este aprecio por el aire libre. La gente es amable, abierta y deseosa de conectar. Es una parte inesperada pero bienvenida de la experiencia. Y, por supuesto, el beneficio a\u00f1adido de caminar es el propio ejercicio.   <\/p>\n<p>La primavera nos ofrece la oportunidad, al igual que las plantas que nos rodean, de volver a la vida, de refrescar nuestra perspectiva y de resetear. Es una estaci\u00f3n para limpiar el desorden, no s\u00f3lo en nuestras casas, sino tambi\u00e9n en nuestras mentes. <\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed en Coral Springs y en todo el sur de Florida, la primavera ofrece una oportunidad \u00fanica de disfrutar de la naturaleza antes de que se intensifique el calor del verano.
