Aunque las exigencias que se nos imponen pueden ser abrumadoras, cuanto m\u00e1s nos preocupamos, menos disfrutamos. Es un momento para celebrarlo, desearnos buenas noticias y apreciar lo que tenemos.  <\/p>\n<p>El blog de diciembre, Introspecci\u00f3n personal, puede consultarse <a href=\"https:\/\/kimmelpsychology.com\/es\/25-12-24-introspeccion-personal\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tienes 10 sugerencias que creemos que te asegurar\u00e1n que estas fiestas sean alegres, significativas y satisfactorias.<\/p>\n<p><b>1. Evita comprometerte en exceso.  <\/b><br \/>\nNo tienes que hacerlo todo ni complacer a todo el mundo. Pon l\u00edmites. Haz las cosas que realmente quieres hacer, no las que tienes que hacer.    <\/p>\n<p><b>2. Decora tu casa por dentro y por fuera.  <\/b><br \/>\nLleva el esp\u00edritu navide\u00f1o a tu casa y recu\u00e9rdate a ti mismo la importancia de cualquier festividad que celebres. Escucha m\u00fasica navide\u00f1a, prepara comidas navide\u00f1as y env\u00eda tus mejores deseos a tus seres queridos. <\/p>\n<p><b>3. Limita tu tiempo en las redes sociales y los correos electr\u00f3nicos.  <\/b><br \/>\nLas conexiones personales significan mucho m\u00e1s que lo que puedes ver en una pantalla. C\u00e9ntrate m\u00e1s en estar con la familia y los amigos y en interactuar realmente con ellos.   <\/p>\n<p><b>4. 4. Negarse a entrar en conflicto con la familia o los amigos.  <\/b><br \/>\nTodo el mundo tiene conflictos y evitarlos puede ser dif\u00edcil. El enfado o los sentimientos heridos pueden arruinar las vacaciones, as\u00ed que s\u00e9 m\u00e1s comprensivo y tolerante con los dem\u00e1s. Acuerda no estar de acuerdo.  <\/p>\n<p><b>5. No comas en exceso.  <\/b><br \/>\nCome con moderaci\u00f3n. Es f\u00e1cil engordar unos kilos de los que acabar\u00e1s arrepinti\u00e9ndote. Vigila cu\u00e1nto comes y aseg\u00farate de hacer ejercicio o al menos caminar.  <\/p>\n<p><b>6. Practica la prevenci\u00f3n: Evita enfermar y arruinar las vacaciones.  <\/b><br \/>\nMantente alejado de las personas que tosen o est\u00e1n resfriadas. Descansa lo suficiente, l\u00e1vate las manos con frecuencia y, lo m\u00e1s importante, mantente hidratado. <\/p>\n<p><b>7. Expresa tu gratitud dando a los dem\u00e1s.  <\/b><br \/>\nDa lo que puedas a los necesitados y a los menos afortunados. Hazte voluntario para ayudar en organizaciones ben\u00e9ficas y de servicios sociales. Tu recompensa ser\u00e1n buenos sentimientos.  <\/p>\n<p><b>8. Hazte un regalo.  <\/b><br \/>\nT\u00fa importas. Date un capricho y haz algo por ti que normalmente no har\u00edas. C\u00f3mprate algo que te gustar\u00eda tener. Programa un masaje, un tratamiento facial o un d\u00eda de spa.     <\/p>\n<p><b>9. Dedica tiempo a relajarte: ve a la playa, a la cafeter\u00eda o al parque.  <\/b><br \/>\nT\u00f3mate este tiempo para ti y desconecta del ajetreo habitual del mundo. Silencia el tel\u00e9fono y busca un buen libro para leer, un rompecabezas para hacer o escucha m\u00fasica.   <\/p>\n<p><b>10.
