Hace poco vi un v\u00eddeo sobre Mindful Eating que me hizo pensar en mis propios h\u00e1bitos alimentarios. A menudo, como muy deprisa entre paciente y paciente, sin fijarme en el sabor o el olor de la comida.  <\/p>\n<p>Enseguida me di cuenta de que era un h\u00e1bito malo y poco saludable que ten\u00eda que cambiar. As\u00ed que investigu\u00e9 m\u00e1s sobre la alimentaci\u00f3n consciente y me compromet\u00ed a cambiar mis h\u00e1bitos alimentarios. <\/p>\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n consciente consiste en estar plenamente atento a los alimentos que consumes. Es comer conscientemente utilizando los cinco sentidos. Es dejar de lado todas las distracciones y centrarte en el aspecto, el olor, el tacto, el sabor y el sonido de la comida. (S\u00ed, puede ser crujiente).     <\/p>\n<p><img data-opt-id=1501286699  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mlhtgnfxysf3.i.optimole.com\/w:753\/h:540\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/kimmelpsychology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/icons8-team.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"290\" class=\"aligncenter size-small wp-image-8504\"><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es ser consciente de tus propias respuestas. \u00bfC\u00f3mo te sientes? \u00bfSigues comiendo aunque est\u00e9s lleno? \u00bfTe ense\u00f1aron a comerte todo lo que hay en el plato antes de levantarte de la mesa? \u00bfComes por depresi\u00f3n o ansiedad? \u00bfComer helado por la noche es un h\u00e1bito innecesario?       <\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, he decidido hacer los siguientes cambios y har\u00e9 todo lo posible por cumplir este plan:<br \/>\n     &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  &#8211; Observa el alimento y f\u00edjate en su forma, color y textura<br \/>\n     &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  &#8211; Inhala el olor y disfruta del aroma<br \/>\n     &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  &#8211; Toma un bocado y conc\u00e9ntrate en todos los sabores y texturas<br \/>\n     &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  &#8211; Mastica todo el bocado antes de tragarlo<br \/>\n     &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  &#8211; Atiende al regusto<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, las comidas ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s largas, pero m\u00e1s sanas y mucho m\u00e1s agradables.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 opinas? \u00bfYa comes de forma consciente o vas a probar este plan?
